From the CFSNA BY-LAWS about the Annual General Meeting (AGM): This meeting of the whole of the Society will be held in conjunction with a major Highland Games or similar event. The location will be selected by the Board of Directors and will be held in a different region or state each year if deemed advisable by the Board. The Society representatives responsible for that state or region will act as host to the whole of the Society. The location and time of the meeting will be published in the Nessie at least 60 days prior to the meeting.

As posted in the June 2023 issue of "The Nessie", this year's AGM will be held after the New York Capital City games.  Prior to the meeting On Saturday evening following the Capital District Highland Games at the Altamont Fairgrounds, Clan Fraser Society Of North America as a part of our AGM, Annual General Meeting, will be hosting a dinner at The American Legion Hall, 988 Altamont Blvd. Altamont, 5 pm to 7:30 pm. Below is the menu of food that will be provided for the dinner. Please pick from the main menu one entree of three entrees Chicken Parm, Sausage & Peppers, or Lemon Salmon. Costs for this dinner are $7/person who is a current member of CFSNA, Clan Fraser Society Of North America, $3/child of a current member under age 12 and $20/person for non-members, $10/child under 12 years for non-member.
