For those attending the New York Capital District Highland Games on Saturday, September 2nd; CFSNA is planing on having a luncheon at the CFSNA hospitality tent following the Parade of Tartans and Opening Ceremonies. That should be around 12:30 followed by the on-site meeting.

While the AGM is scheduled to start at 3 PM Eastern Time (2 PM Central, 1 PM Mountain, noon Pacific...) it's best to be there or online 30 minutes early. 

If you are planning on attending the games and will attend the luncheon and/or the annual meeting, please send an email to the Capital District/AGM team at NE_Region_Kitchen@CFSNA.COM/subject:”I plan to attend the AGM Luncheon and/or Meeting”.  The email must be sent by August 29th, and include your name, the number of people attending with you and whether you will attend only the luncheon, attend only the meeting or attend both the lunch and the meeting.
